Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Root & Rise Breathwork, we want every experience to feel supportive from start to finish. This policy explains how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds work for our sessions, classes, workshops, retreats, and memberships. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

Sessions (in person and online)

Life happens, and we ask for fair notice so we can offer your time to someone else.

  • Cancel or reschedule with at least [24 hours] notice for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations with less than [24 hours] notice, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to use the time remaining, though the session will still end at its scheduled time.

Workshops and events

  • Cancel at least [7 days] before the event for a full refund or credit.

  • Within [7 days] of the event, your spot is non-refundable but may be transferred to someone else or applied as credit toward a future event.

Retreats

  • A deposit is required to reserve your place and is non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance is refundable up to [30 days] before the retreat.

  • Within [30 days] of the retreat, payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person, at our discretion.

On-demand classes and membership

  • Because access to our on-demand library is immediate, membership fees are non-refundable.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing. You will keep access through the end of your current billing period.

  • We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or for time you did not use.

If we cancel or reschedule

If Root & Rise needs to cancel or reschedule a session, class, workshop, or retreat, you will be offered a full refund or the option to move to another date, whichever you prefer.

Special circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events happen. If something comes up, please reach out. We will always do our best to find a fair and caring solution.
